1. How do I know if I am allowed to take your program?
First, you must get permission to attend traffic school from the court that issued your citation. Once you have been approved you will be given a list of approved courses, as long as our name “Easy Comedy School” appears on your list you are able to take our program.

2. How long does it take to do the program?
Our convenient online program is equivalent to an 8-hr classroom program. However, you are able to log off and back on whenever you would like. You do not have to complete the course in one sitting. Our course always saves your progress.

3. How much do you charge?
Our course is only $18.95 this includes the entire program, quizzes, exam and your certificate!!

4. Are the quizzes and exam hard? What if I fail?
The quizzes and final exam are based off the course material. You are given practice tests following each chapter to help you with the final exam. The final exam even has a pop-up of the course material for review. And DON’T WORRY if you fail you can take the exam as many times as you need to until you pass.

5. When am I able to take the course?
Our course is available 24 hours a day 7 days a week. You can log on at anytime to work on the program. You may log off just by closing the program and re-enter simply by going to the homepage www.easycomedyschool.com and clicking re-enter.

6. I went to traffic school awhile back, am I able to take traffic school again?
The law says you may only attend traffic school once every 18 months. You may, however, request special permission to attend traffic school again. As long as you are approved to do another 8 hr. program and our name appears on your list from the court, you can start anytime!

7. Is your site secure?
Yes our site is secure! You have nothing to worry about. All payments and personal information that is received is processed, encrypted and stored on a secure server. Your information will never be released or sold to a third party.

8. I do not have an email address? Can I still take the course?
Yes, you can still take our program. If you do not have an email address please enter none@none.com in the email address field. However, we do recommend having an email address so we can send you payment receipts, passing confirmations and other important information via email. Simply go to www.hotmail.com or www.yahoo.com to register for a free email address.

9. My due date is coming very soon? Will the court give me more time?
If you need an extension on your due date, call the court that issued your citation, or request one in person by going into the courthouse. If they do not grant you an extension we have some options that may assist you, such as overnight, priority or certified mailing of certificates ** this option does vary by court.

10. I already paid the traffic court for traffic school, why are you asking for payment?
The fee you paid the court is an administrative fee to allow you to attend traffic school, their fee ranges from 20-30 dollars. This fee does not cover any traffic school course, any school you choose will charge you their own tuition fee.

11. Do I have to complete the course all at once?
Not unless you want to! Our course will save your progress as you work through the program. You can exit out of the program at anytime, and re-enter by clinking re-enter on the homepage of our website to continue where you left off. You can take as much time as you need, just make sure to finish prior to your due date.

12. What is a case, docket or citation number?
The court uses these numbers to identify your specific case. This number is located on the court paperwork that was sent to you via us-mail. Please pay special attention when entering this information during registration. This number is printed on the certificate so it can be properly filed with the court.

13. How can I pay for your course?
You can pay using any one of our several payment options. You can pay using a Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express or a Debit card with a Visa or Mastercard logo. You can also pay using your checking account right online!! Or if you prefer you can send in a money order or check.

14. How do the courts know I passed? Where is my certificate sent to?
For most courts, we are required to mail you both student and court copies of your completion certificate. You are required to sign the court copy of the certificate and return it to the court on your own.

 **For the following counties, the certificate is electronically submitted directly to the court: Butte, Lassen Napa, Riverside, Santa Cruz, Solano, Stanislaus, Sutter, Tuolumne, Contra Costa, Del Norte, Glenn, Imperial, Modoc, Plumas, Sierra, San Francisco and Los Angeles County Superior Court.
